Free Custom T-Shirt Ordering Checklist
Overwhelmed and intimidated with ordering custom t-shirts? We get it! There’s a lot of t-shirt jargon that can be super confusing. We make the process as easy as possible. It's even easier now with our FREE checklist.
There’s over 1,000 products available in our catalog. Here’s a list of what we keep in mind when finding the right garment for your project:
WEIGHT OF FABRIC
Most garments list a weight in the description. This is the weight per shirt so when comparing 2 styles, the heavier one will have a thicker fabric than the other.
COTTON VS. POLYESTER
Shirts made with a blend of cotton AND polyester tend to be softer than a shirt that’s made with 100% cotton. Not saying that cotton shirts aren’t soft, there are a few brands that offer a soft cotton shirt, the Bella Canvas 3001 being one of our favorites.
HEATHERED SHIRT COLORS
When a shirt is “heathered” it means it’s made with polyester and cotton. Going back to the previous point, it’ll also be super soft! We love using the Anvil 980 in any heathered shade. People LOVE the softness without paying premium pricing!
TRIBLEND SHIRTS
Triblend shirts are made out of cotton, polyester, and rayon, making it one of the softest fabrics. The con to triblend shirts is that the ink isn’t as bright and vivid as if it were to be printed on a cotton and/or polyester shirt
DRY FIT SHIRTS
Any style with ‘moisture wicking’ in the title means it’s a great fit for the heat and sweat. Some even have UV protection to double up on protection against the sun!
TEAR-AWAY TAGS
Easily annoyed with those tags on the inside of shirts? Any style with a ‘tear-away’ tag rips out easily for that extra level of comfort.
